Grievance Redressal & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with *RBI guidelines and payment gateway norms*.


Failed Transactions

In case a transaction fails but the amount has been debited from the customer’s account, the amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment or the transaction may be re-attempted, as applicable, within the timelines prescribed by our payment gateway partners.


Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 7 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
