  • UPI transaction references (UTR / RRN, where available)

  • Invoices generated, paid, or pending (if you use invoicing services)
  • Campaign details (cashback rules, eligible users, distribution data)

D. Merchant / Campaign Information (Cashback Platform)

  • Merchant/Business name, business documents, and onboarding details
  • Campaign metadata (offer type, validity, minimum criteria, cashback limits)
  • Customer support communications and verification logs
  • Fraud risk signals and compliance checks (as required)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Services (including cashback distribution workflows)
  • To verify identity and perform KYC/AML compliance where required under Indian laws
  • To process cashback distributions and settlement-related actions
  • To send service-related notifications (transaction updates, campaign results, alerts)
  • To provide customer support and resolve disputes or complaints

5. Cashback Platform Specific Privacy Notes

  • Cashback distribution is processed using UPI-linked identifiers such as UPI ID/VPA, transaction reference numbers, and bank confirmations.
  • We may store transaction logs for reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud checks, and compliance purposes.
  • We do not sell user data to advertisers or any third party for marketing without consent.
  • Cashback eligibility and distribution may be subject to merchant-defined rules, platform checks, and partner bank/payment processor validations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data:

  • For as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy
  • As required under applicable financial, tax, and regulatory obligations (generally 5 to 10 years)
  • Until you request deletion, unless restricted by law or compliance obligations
